What happens if the machine breaks or has a problem?
Call or text us and we'll take care of it. We handle all maintenance and repairs as part of our service - no cost to you. For urgent issues, we aim to respond within 24 hours, we're usually much faster.
What if a product gets stuck or someone loses money?
